We're commercial architects. We design offices, shops, restaurants and bars, workplaces and mixed-use buildings, mostly around Sussex and Cornwall. A commercial project is a big bet, so we keep one eye on the brand and the experience and the other firmly on the planning, the budget and the programme. We'll take it from feasibility and the planning application through to a finished building that earns its keep, and that people actually want to spend time in.

We've worked with the same developers, business owners and contractors for years, and we're as comfortable on a single shop fit-out as on a multi-unit scheme. Good commercial design is good business too: a plan that works, materials that last, and a building that flexes as a company grows. We bring the same thinking we use on our residential houses, so a commercial building performs, holds its value and lifts the street it sits on.
