We're residential architects, and houses are what we love most. We design new homes, renovations and extensions across Sussex and Cornwall, and we run the whole job ourselves: the first sketch, the planning application, the technical drawings, the site visits, and the day you finally get the keys. Good houses don't need to shout. We think as hard about where the morning light lands as we do about the big moves. We design contemporary new builds, and we renovate period homes with a light touch, handling the parts most people dread along the way: feasibility, the planning application, building regs, and the build itself. We design low-energy homes that cost less to run and tread more lightly. A good extension does more than bolt on a room. It changes how the whole house works. We design single-storey extensions and full remodels that pull in light and open up space, without losing what made the house worth keeping. And we know how to get them past a conservation officer.
